Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Domuvu (domuvu.com) and the render services we sell. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Domuvu produces AI-generated concept renders of your home or yard based on photos you provide. Renders are concept visuals only. They are not construction plans, engineering drawings, architectural documents, or contractor bids, and cannot be used as such.

No guarantee of buildability

Renders show design possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Whether any concept can actually be built depends on factors outside our control, including local permits, HOA or homeowners' association approval, structural feasibility, and contractor quotes. Domuvu makes no representation that any rendered concept is permittable, structurally sound, or achievable at any particular cost.

Turnaround

We target delivery within 48 hours of receiving your paid order and usable photos. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may run longer for Project Pack orders or during high-volume periods.

Refund and redo policy

• Free redo guarantee: if a render clearly misreads your photo or ignores a style you selected, we'll redo it at no charge.
• Style Pack orders include one included revision beyond the free redo guarantee.
• Refunds are available if we have not yet started work on your order. Once a render has been produced and delivered, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with a valid, on-brief concept — request a redo instead.
• To request a redo or refund, email hello@domuvu.com within 14 days of delivery.

Agent Plan subscription

• The Agent Plan is a recurring monthly subscription ($199/mo, [10] renders per month) billed automatically to your card on file every month via Stripe until canceled.
• Unused renders do not roll over to the next month.
• You may cancel anytime through Stripe's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
• No partial-month refunds are provided when you cancel mid-cycle.

Photos you upload

You confirm you have the right to submit any photos you upload and that doing so does not violate anyone else's privacy or property rights. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are stored and deleted.

Contractor introductions

If you request a contractor introduction, Domuvu may pass your contact information and project details to a local contractor. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, licensing, or quality of any contractor we introduce, and any agreement you enter with a contractor is between you and them.

Limitation of liability

Domuvu is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our renders or introductions to contractors. [STANDARD LIABILITY CAP LANGUAGE — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
